Supervision with Kieran

Supervision for people who work with, and support, Autistic people of all ages.

Equipping you to be a more knowledgable and reflective professional.

Supervision with Kieran

I offer a small number of paid supervision slots for professionals seeking something more than 'tick-box' supervision, who feel they would benefit from much more of a reflective practice session.

This is a space for people who want to;

- Think critically about their work

- Challenge their own assumptions

- Be challenged in turn

- Reflect deeply on what it means to show up for others; ethically, compassionately and with accountability.

Whether you're in therapy, education, healthcare, research, social care, or any role that puts you in relationship with others this is an informal, but intentional, space where you can safely explore what you wish to explore.

Some of the ways I work with supervision clients:

- Bringing client work to unpack and explore, with space for nuance and uncertainty

- Giving honest, constructive feedback which is grounded in respect, not performance

- Guidance without judgement, especially when you’re unsure or stuck

- Reflecting on practice in ways that go beyond what's expected or familiar

- Exploring biases, privileges, and the broader systems that shape your work

- Holding you to account, firmly, but with compassion and care

- Teaching and learning through dialogue, curiosity, and shared insight

- Collaborating on ideas, challenges, or bigger-picture thinking in your field

If that’s something you're looking for, and you're ready to engage in that kind of space, you're welcome to get in touch.

"When autistic people have more acceptance of their identity, more agency in decisions which impact them, more autonomy over their own lives and a greater ability to live authentically these all have positive impacts on their life outcomes."

Practical Info About Supervision

Michelle will invoice you after our session and most clients tend to book 1 hour or 1.5hour slots (and I'm happy to be flexible to meet your needs).

Supervision costs:

- £85 for one hour

- £125 for 90 minutes

- £160 for two hours

If you would like to block book a number of sessions we can discount your sessions.

There is no minimum number of sessions you need to commit to (but I do recommend booking in advance as my diary tends to fill up really quickly).

I can offer Supervision to UK and international professionals and we can invoice in international currencies

I am happy to work UK evenings to match in with international timezones.

Some people require a one-off session, some people need some short term intense support and some people like to have ongoing, regular, long-term supervision. I'm happy to make it work for you!

Slots are limited and will be offered on a first-come basis. We do operate a waiting list.

Sessions can be recorded if you want to be able revisit them. We will host them on our Vimeo platform as unlisted, password protected videos (and only you and we have access to the password). You can ask for the videos to be deleted at any time.

Cancellation policy: We appreciate that life happens and sometimes you won't be able to make a session. If we have more than 24 hours notice you're welcome to change your session time (you have access to an online booking portal so can manage your bookings directly). If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will invoice you for 50% of the fee.

Testimonials

I have been incredibly thankful to be clinically supervised by Kieran. I have learned so much from our supervision sessions on how to provide a place of safety to the people I work with. Kieran has created a protected place for me to allow me to grow comfortably away from a medicalised to a humanistic perspective that has greatly impacted my practice.

Kieran has taught me how to best advocate for, and be fully led by, the people I see. His philosophy and dedication for neurodivergent  people is palpable in every supervision session. He has supported me to think about my teaching and how to deliver best practice to students when working with neurodivergent young people. His knowledge is driven by evidence drawn from the community led by the community. His voice, advocacy and experience have hugely influenced my professional growth, and I will always be grateful.

Kieran's supervision sessions have made a huge difference to me both professionally and personally. He really listens to my questions and ponderings, and comes back with thoughtful answers that are reassuring, progressive, and based in real world experience. Kieran has an amazing amount of knowledge about neurodivergence, people, systems and theories - and a very strong moral compass. He delivers supervision in a really authentic and grounded way that makes me feel respected, listened to and admired. I feel not only more knowledgeable, but also more self-assured and optimistic, after my supervision sessions.

And I mean every word of that
