Resource Bundle - Terms & Conditions

As this Bundle is different to our normal on-demand training we have created a specific set of Terms and Conditions.

Last updated: 6th November 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and use of The Autistic Advocate Bundle (“the Bundle”) sold by The Autistic Advocate, the trading name of KMR Training and Consultancy (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing the Bundle. By purchasing the Bundle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About us

The Bundle is sold by:

The Autistic Advocate (T/A KMR Training and Consultancy).

The Bundle is provided through our Teachable platform and may contain digital products, resources and opportunities contributed by a number of independent contributors.

We are the seller of the Bundle and are responsible for processing your purchase and providing you with access to the Bundle. Individual contributions remain the intellectual property of their respective contributors.

2. What is included in the Bundle?

The Bundle contains a collection of digital products and resources created by different contributors.

Depending on the contribution, the Bundle may include:

- downloadable digital resources;
- documents, guides, worksheets or other digital materials;
- links to online resources or platforms operated by contributors or third parties;
- access to online content or services provided by individual contributors; and
- opportunities to enter competitions or prize draws.

The contents of the Bundle are described on the purchase page and/or within the Bundle.

Because the Bundle contains contributions from a number of different people, the format, subject matter, style and method of access may vary between contributions.

Some contributions may require you to follow a separate link, create an account with another provider, complete an entry form, or take another action in order to access or participate in them.

3. Contributions from independent contributors

The individual products within the Bundle have been created and supplied by independent contributors.

Each contributor remains responsible for the content and delivery of their own contribution, subject to the arrangements between that contributor and The Autistic Advocate.

Where a contribution includes specific instructions, terms, eligibility requirements, deadlines or conditions, these will apply to that contribution.

Purchasing the Bundle does not mean that you are entering into a separate contract with every contributor. Your purchase contract is with The Autistic Advocate.

However, you may need to communicate directly with a contributor in order to access or use a particular contribution, particularly where that contribution is hosted or delivered separately from the Teachable platform.

4. Accessing the Bundle

After purchasing the Bundle, you will receive access through our Teachable platform in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase.

Some individual contributions may be accessed directly through Teachable. Contributions available on Teachable will be available for the lifetime of the product.

Others may be provided through an external link or another platform. These contributions may be time limited – please check the details carefully.

Where an external platform is used, you may need to:

- create an account;
- provide information directly to that platform;
- agree to that platform's own terms and conditions; or
- comply with technical or access requirements set by that platform or contributor.

We do not control external platforms and cannot guarantee that an external website or platform will remain available indefinitely. Where contributions are time limited this is specified.

If an external link or contribution is not working, please contact the relevant contributor in the first instance where contact details or support information have been provided. We will assist where the issue relates to your purchase of the Bundle or access provided by us.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights.

5. Competitions and prize draws

Some contributions within the Bundle may include an opportunity to enter a competition or prize draw.

Where this is the case, the contributor responsible for that competition or prize draw will provide the applicable terms and conditions. Those terms will set out the relevant eligibility requirements, entry process, closing date, prize information and any other conditions that apply.

If you wish to participate, you are responsible for reading and complying with the contributor's terms and completing any required entry before the relevant deadline.

Purchasing the Bundle does not, by itself, constitute an entry into any competition or prize draw and does not guarantee that you will be eligible to enter or receive a prize.

The Autistic Advocate is not responsible for administering individual competitions or prize draws, selecting winners, providing prizes, or resolving disputes relating to them. Those matters are the responsibility of the contributor providing the relevant competition or prize draw, subject to their own terms and applicable law.

6. The Bundle is a collection of contributions

The Bundle is intended to provide access to a collection of resources and opportunities from different contributors.

We have no obligation to ensure that every contribution will be suitable for every customer.

Before purchasing, please consider the description of the Bundle and the information provided about its contents.

Because the Bundle contains multiple contributions, we cannot provide a refund simply because you do not like a particular contribution, do not find it useful, decide it is not suitable for you, or choose not to use some or all of the Bundle.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

7. Problems with an individual contribution

If you experience a problem with a particular contribution, please contact the contributor responsible for that contribution in the first instance, using the contact details or support information provided with the contribution.

The contributor will generally be best placed to answer questions about:
- the content of their product;
- how their product is intended to be used;
- access to an external resource;
- technical issues relating specifically to their contribution; or
- a competition or prize draw provided by them.

Where a contribution has its own terms and conditions, those terms will apply to that particular contribution or activity.

If you are unable to resolve an issue with the contributor, or if your issue concerns your purchase of the Bundle, payment, access through Teachable or the Bundle as a whole, please contact us at michelle<at>theautisticadvocate.com

Nothing in this section limits or removes any legal rights you may have against us.

8. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.

However, digital content supplied immediately after purchase is subject to specific cancellation rules.

Where permitted by applicable law, you will be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.

If you provide the required consent and acknowledgement, and access to the digital content begins immediately, you will not generally be entitled to cancel the purchase under the 14-day cooling-off right once supply has begun, where applicable law permits this.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content are not affected.

Different cancellation rules may apply depending on where you live. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country or jurisdiction.

9. No general refunds for preference or non-use

Subject to your statutory rights, we do not offer refunds simply because:
- you change your mind after the applicable cancellation period has ended;
- you do not like one or more contributions;
- you do not find a particular contribution useful or suitable for you;
- you do not use some or all of the Bundle;
- you do not have time to use the Bundle;
- you forget to enter a competition or prize draw before its closing date; or
- you do not meet the eligibility requirements for a particular competition, prize draw or contribution.

This is because the Bundle provides access to a collection of digital products and opportunities from multiple contributors and access to the Bundle itself constitutes the product purchased.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Price and payment

The price of the Bundle will be the price displayed at the time you purchase it.

Any applicable taxes, including VAT or other taxes, will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements applicable to the sale.

Payment is processed through the payment facilities available through our Teachable platform.

You must provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.

Once payment has been successfully received, we will provide access to the Bundle in accordance with these Terms and the information provided at the time of purchase.

11. Intellectual property

The individual products and resources within the Bundle remain the intellectual property of The Autistic Advocate and/or the relevant contributor, as applicable.

Your purchase gives you the right to access and use the Bundle for your own personal use, unless a particular contribution expressly provides otherwise.

You must not, without the permission of the relevant rights holder:
- copy or reproduce contributions beyond what is reasonably necessary for your permitted personal use;
- sell, resell or commercially distribute contributions;
- share your Bundle access with another person;
- upload contributions to another website, platform or membership;
- remove copyright or other ownership notices; or
- make contributions available for others to download or access.

You may not use the Bundle or any individual contribution to create or provide a competing commercial product unless the relevant rights holder has expressly permitted this.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

12. Use of your access

Your access to the Bundle is personal to you.

You must keep any login details or access information secure and must not knowingly allow another person to use your account to access the Bundle.

If we reasonably believe that access is being shared or misused, we may take reasonable steps to protect the Bundle and the rights of the contributors, including suspending or restricting access.

We will not take such action where doing so would unlawfully interfere with your statutory rights.

13. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the Bundle with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We do not guarantee that:
- every contribution will meet your individual needs or expectations;
- every contribution will be suitable for your particular circumstances;
- every external website or platform will always be available;
- every contributor will remain available to provide support indefinitely; or
- you will obtain any particular outcome from using a contribution.

The Bundle contains contributions created by independent individuals. We do not endorse or guarantee that every contribution will be appropriate for every individual or situation.

Where a contribution contains professional, educational, financial, legal, health or other specialist information, you should consider whether you need advice appropriate to your own circumstances.

14. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that:
- were not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased the Bundle; or
- arise from your misuse of the Bundle or a contributor's product.

We are also not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
