September 2025 Update
Our affiliate programme is currently closed for new applications.
You're welcome to email an expression of interest for when (if!) we re-open it in the future. You'll find further info in the FAQs section at the bottom of this page

If you're a charity, 3rd sector organisation, business or self employed person who loves the work The Autistic Advocate does we would love to help you earn more revenue.
By becoming an affiliate partner of The Autistic Advocate it means then when you share Kieran's courses and ebooks you earn money.
For each sale you make you earn 40% of the sales price.
It's a 'win-win' as we both make money!
And we'd love to think that Kieran's work is changing lives and supporting organisations/people to earn much-needed revenue (which they can then use to continue their fab work. Or maybe just spend on their special interests!).
People recommend Kieran's work all of the time. And it's truly amazing and really humbling.
And people do it because they love what Kieran does and want to share his work.
But we want to be able to say thank you!
And by offering you the chance to become an Affiliate Partner we say thank you by giving you 40% of every sale you send our way.
What is an Affiliate Partnership?
If and when you share Kieran's online training you do it using unique link. If someone buys using your link you earn 40% of the sale price.
The money is automatically paid into your PayPal account.

What's in it for you?
You get to recommend really good training to clients, friends, patients etc which could potentially be priceless for them. And will ultimately strengthen your relationship with them.
And you make money in return. And you don't even need to invoice us; it will just turn up in your PayPal account; so it's easy money!
What's in it for us?
We're only team of two; Kieran up front and Michelle behind-the-scenes, so we can only do so much marketing!
But having you as our affiliate partner helps us make more sales, build our audience and get in front of people who might never have found us if it wasn't for your introduction.

We currently have a range of courses and ebooks you can promote.
You can find out about each product in more detail on our Online Learning Page.
Below is list of the courses you can earn commission on.
You will earn 40% of the profit i.e. 'Sales Price - card processing fees etc = Profit' (which is then split 60:40 between us)

All commissions are paid into your Paypal account automatically via Teachable (where my online school is hosted). Commissions will paid after fees and tax.
• Someone who really wants to share Kieran’s work and do so genuinely (i.e. without being spammy) makes the perfect person.
• Someone who has the means to share links is obviously a bonus as you’ll be sharing weblinks which lead to online products. If you don’t have access to a mobile device, computer etc you will struggle.
• How much you sell isn’t important to us (some affiliate programmes will only accept people who can make a minimum amount of sales).
• What matters to us is that you’re promoting Kieran’s work in order to help, support, advise, guide someone (and you being rewarded for that by way of commission is an added bonus).
We can't state this enough but the most successful affiliates are always, always, always the people who have taken the training and believe it in. This is because they can explain to people (be that an online audience, friends/family, clients/patients etc) why they think it will benefit them because they're speaking from personal experience. This is why we feel people who have been trained by Kieran make the best affiliates (otherwise how do you genuinely promote something if you have no experience of it?).
Kieran's training is also very much about overturning the negative, deficit-based narratives around Autism.
If you, and your audience, are very much in the 'has autism'/'autism is a spectrum'/'ASD'/'puzzle pieces/'high, low functioning' mode of thinking then it's very likely that there is a clash of beliefs and Kieran's training may not be right for you (this is why students make good affiliates as they've taken the training and know what Kieran's beliefs are and if they align with their own ways of thinking).
OUR VALUES
Basically, we ask that you are sensible and do not (ever) spam your affiliate links and that you share them with integrity. We reserve the right to remove any affiliate who goes against our values
PAYPAL
You must have a Paypal account in order to be paid. This is a requirement of Teachable (where we host our affiliate programme and online school) and we not have a workaround. We cannot pay you if you don't have a Paypal account.
All you need to do is email Michelle Rose on michelle<at>theautisticadvocate.com (it's like this to avoid spammers - just change the <at> to @) and tell her a little bit about you and then she will help you get set up.
We know you'll have questions so here's all the ones we can think of.
September 2025 Update: Why have you closed new applications for the Affiliate Programme?
We are continuing support for all current Affiliates. However, we have closed the programme to new affiliates for the foreseeable future.
We're considering moving from the Teachable platform in 2026 and don't want to accept new affiliates onto a platform which we may then move from. Ideally we'll move to a platform that is much more intutitive for affiliates to use.
You're welcome to email Michelle with an expression of interest and when (if!) we re-open the Affiliate Programme, you'll be the first to know. You can email Michelle at michelle<at>theautisticadvocate.com
Do I/we need a PayPal account?
Yes.
Teachable (where we host the training) only pays out into PayPal accounts (both business and personal) and we can't bypass that.
Can you help me get started?
We will enrol you onto our free affiliate training which explains how to be an affiliate, has useful marketing tips, images you can use etc. You can also email Michelle for support.
I'm just an individual. Can I become an Affiliate Partner?
Or course you can!
You just need to remember that anything you earn counts as income and will need to be declared to your relevant tax body i.e. HMRC in the UK. If you earn over $100 in affiliate commission Teachable will prompt you to fill in a tax form.
Why can't I/we be Affiliate Partners on all of Kieran's courses?
Some courses are technically too complicated for us to add affiliate partners into the mix (currently, at least!). Some products are also co-authored and we have a pre-agreed revenue share with the author and paying out affiliate income would take us below the agreed amount.
Will you hassle me/us to sell?
Never, ever. EVER.
Is it complicated to set up?
Not at all.
Michelle (Kieran's wife, business partner and tech-support) has created an 'Easy Start' guide to walk you through the process. And Michelle will always help you with any questions you have. We even have Canva templates (all free!) which you can use on your promotion and add in your logos etc (and we have a guide on how to to that in Canva too).
Do I/we need a website?
No.
If you do have one then sharing about the courses on it is a great idea. But you can also share just on your social media, share directly with clients, tell your friends, email it out to someone. There's loads of options.
Do I/we need to tell people I'm an Affiliate Partner?
You do. Being upfront is really important.
We explain how to do this inside the training we give you. You'll see things like #Affil #affiliate on people's instagram posts if they're making money from sharing a product. You should let your audience know each time you promote a product that you are an affiliate.
Do I/we need to have done the training in order to promote it?
Not necessarily.
But....
We'd really recommend that you have watched the training so you're confident in what you're recommending. That helps to build trust with you and your own customers. We want people who genuinely believe in what Kieran is teaching to be promoting it.
Do I/we have to promote all of the courses?
Nope. Not at all.
You might have a favourite product and only want to be an affiliate for that.
Do we/I need to make a minimum amount of sales?
No! Absolutely not!
Being an Affiliate Partner is entirely flexible and we place no demands on you.
Can I/we apply from outside of the UK?
Definitely!
We're based in the UK and 50%+ of our students are international. We welcome Affiliate Partners from anywhere and everywhere. We just need you to have a PayPal account so you can get paid.
Why is your commission 40%?
Ideally we'd like it to be 50% but we have to cover the transaction fees for the payment processing and the admin fees to get you paid automatically.
So by offering 40% this covers our costs and essentially means that whilst you get 40% of the sales price we both end up of 50% (approx) of the profit (i.e. what's left over after all the fees have been covered).
If I'm/we're an Affiliate Partner do I get free access to the products?
Unfortunately not!
Whilst we'd love to be able to offer this we'd just get everyone applying to become an Affiliate Partner so they could access the products for free and we'd make no money! It's also important to us that our partners have invested in the products themselves and truly believe in them and THAT'S why they want to promote them.
And if you do sell some products you can definitely earn back your investment.
Do we/I get commission on 'order bumps'?
We often offer upgrades/order bumps at a reduced price.
i.e. A customer places an order for a course costing £10. At checkout they are offered an extra course at a discounted price to their basket.
You receive your affiliate commission on the original product only (and we explain this more in the 'Easy Start' Guide.
Does it cost me/us anything to get started?
It costs you nothing apart from your time.
Do I/we need to make a minimum amount before we get paid?
No, you will paid for every month you make sales. We don't hold onto your money. Your share is paid directly to you and never touches our bank account.
What does happen is that Teachable holds onto your monthly sales for a 30 day period in case anyone asks for a refund. And then they will pay out the following month. So commissions made in the January will be made to you in March and commissions made in February will be paid in April. Therefore, if you're making regular sales will get a steady flow of money into your PayPal account.
The same thing happens to us in that Teachable keep our money until the 30 day refund period has passed and then we're paid. So you're not being treated any differently to us!
And just out of interest; we have sold thousands of courses and only ever had two refund requests (and one of those people then went onto to do another training!)
How do we/I keep track of sales?
You get access to your own, personalised Affiliate Dashboard inside of our Teachable school. And the training walks you through how to use it and understand it. You will get an email from Teachable each time you make an afiliate sale. For Data Protection the system doesn't tell you who made the purchase, that information stays confidential.
What's the catch?
There isn't one!
The only 'catch' is that;
And we're happy to answer any questions at all. Just email Michelle at michelle<at>theautisticadvocate.com
Is it easy to set up your own Affiliate Partnership?
If your business sells online products it's generally pretty simple to set up. Michelle has experience in being an affiliate for other businesses and used that to help us create our own.
She also used this great training to help her refine our offering: Lizzy Goddards's Lazy Guide to Affiliate Street Teams. And yes, we're an affiliate for this (because it's great and we're huge fans of Lizzy's work).
All you need to do is email Michelle Rose on michelle<at>theautisticadvocate.com (it's like this to avoid spammers - just change the <at> to @) and tell her a little bit about you and then she will help you get set up.
And, as a thank you for joining, you'll get a 10% off code emailed to you which you can use on Kieran's on-demand autism training
